You may use the platform for your own internal research and preliminary screening. You may not: resell or redistribute reports commercially; represent GCI Conviction Engine output as independently researched analysis; use the platform to generate reports for third parties as a paid service without our written consent; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's methodology.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Do not upload documents containing material non-public information, insider information, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorised to share with a third-party AI processing service.
You agree that you will not rely solely on any report generated by this platform as the basis for any investment decision. You acknowledge that all financial return figures are directional estimates only, and that regulatory and tax positions require independent professional verification.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Reports are generated immediately upon payment. Due to the instant digital delivery of GCI Conviction Engine output, refunds are not available after a report has been generated. If you experience a technical failure preventing report delivery, contact us within 24 hours at difc@gulfcapitalintelligence.com.
The platform, its methodology, and its framework are proprietary to Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited. Reports you generate may be used for your own internal purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited accepts no liability for any investment loss, business loss, or consequential damage arising from use of this platform or reliance on its outputs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
