Agreement

By accessing or using Gulf Commercial Insights, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The Service

Gulf Commercial Insights provides systematic investment screening intelligence for market research and preliminary deal assessment purposes. The platform is not a regulated financial service. Reports are screening tools only and do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

Permitted Use

You may use the platform for your own internal research and preliminary screening. You may not: resell or redistribute reports commercially; represent GCI Conviction Engine output as independently researched analysis; use the platform to generate reports for third parties as a paid service without our written consent; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's methodology.

Your Inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Do not upload documents containing material non-public information, insider information, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorised to share with a third-party AI processing service.

No Reliance for Investment Decisions

You agree that you will not rely solely on any report generated by this platform as the basis for any investment decision. You acknowledge that all financial return figures are directional estimates only, and that regulatory and tax positions require independent professional verification.

Payments and Refunds

Engagements are scoped and priced in writing before work begins. Fees, delivery timelines and any refund terms are set out in the engagement letter. Where a report has been delivered, fees are non-refundable unless the engagement letter says otherwise. Questions about an engagement or its delivery can be sent to difc@gulfcapitalintelligence.com.

Intellectual Property

The platform, its methodology, and its framework are proprietary to Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited. Reports you generate may be used for your own internal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited accepts no liability for any investment loss, business loss, or consequential damage arising from use of this platform or reliance on its outputs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
