1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Gulf Capital Intelligence platform ("Platform"), operated by Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited (Trade Licence CL11954, DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, UAE), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Gulf Capital Intelligence provides AI-powered investment screening intelligence for capital allocators evaluating opportunities in the UAE and GCC region. The Platform generates conviction reports using specialist AI agents that analyse market, regulatory, financial, and competitive data.
3. Account Registration
To access the Platform, you must register with a valid work email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Platform content or reports without written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, reports, designs, algorithms, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited. Reports generated for paying users are licensed for internal business use only and may not be redistributed or published without written consent.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain features and reports require payment. All fees are listed on the Platform and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform provides AI-generated screening intelligence. It is not regulated investment advice, financial modelling, legal counsel, or tax advice. All outputs are directional and should be independently verified by qualified professional advisors before any capital commitment. See our full Disclaimer for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
