Gulf Capital Intelligence provides software and intelligence tools that you operate to conduct your own analysis. You generate your own structured analysis, interrogate the evidence, and reach your own findings and decisions. GCI does not provide investment advice, investment research as a service, or recommendations, and does not arrange, broker, manage, or take positions in any investment. The platform is not a regulated financial service. Any verdict or output is a structured signal you generate to inform your own decision, not a recommendation from GCI, and it does not constitute investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.
You may use the platform for your own internal research and preliminary screening. You may not: resell or redistribute output commercially; represent output you generate using the GCI Conviction Engine as independently researched analysis; use the platform to generate analysis for third parties as a paid service without our written consent; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's methodology.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Do not upload documents containing material non-public information, insider information, or confidential third-party information that you are not authorised to share with a third-party AI processing service.
You agree that you will not rely solely on any output you generate using this platform as the basis for any investment decision. You acknowledge that you operate the tools to reach your own findings, that all financial return figures are directional estimates only, and that regulatory and tax positions require independent professional verification.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to generate output is available immediately upon payment. Due to the instant digital nature of the GCI Conviction Engine, refunds are not available once you have generated output. If you experience a technical failure preventing access, contact us within 24 hours at difc@gulfcapitalintelligence.com.
The platform, its methodology, and its framework are proprietary to Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited. Output you generate may be used for your own internal purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited accepts no liability for any investment loss, business loss, or consequential damage arising from your use of this platform or your reliance on any output you generate using it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
