About the Role

A research and intelligence role at Gulf Commercial Insights for early to mid-career investment professionals with deep GCC market knowledge who want to apply it on a structured analytical platform. The Associate owns specific sector and geography domains, covering market data, structured analysis, regulatory monitoring, and AI agent calibration.

You will work with our proprietary conviction engine from day one. When a client brief comes in for your sector, your research forms the basis of the conviction report. This is principal analytical work, not support work, with a DIFC or Abu Dhabi employment contract depending on base location.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years GCC market coverage at a family office, PE firm, investment bank, asset manager, or strategy firm
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or quantitative discipline
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and structured writing skills
  • Depth in at least one GCC sector or geography
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
