Because the service is consumed immediately upon delivery, all sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks are permitted once a report has been generated or a subscription period has commenced.

1. Nature of Service and Instant Delivery

Gulf Capital Intelligence ("GCI"), operated by Boost My Business AI Innovation Limited (Trade Licence CL11954, DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, UAE), is a digital, AI-powered investment screening intelligence platform. The service is classified as a digital content product delivered electronically.

When you subscribe to a plan or generate a conviction report, the following occurs immediately and irreversibly:

By purchasing any plan, subscription, or generating any report on the GCI platform, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with report content, change of investment strategy, failure to use remaining subscription credits, or disagreement with the analytical verdict.
