Sample quotes (use freely with attribution)
"Family offices and HNWI investors evaluating GCC opportunities face a consistent gap. McKinsey and the Big 4 deliver thorough due diligence but charge enterprise fees and take 6 to 10 weeks. By then, the opportunity has often moved. ChatGPT is fast and free but gives generic outputs that nobody trusts when real capital is on the line. We built GCI for the layer in between."
— Hemant Agrawal, Co-Founder, Gulf Commercial Insights
"Saudi Vision 2030 is not a single trade. It is a sector-by-sector, deal-by-deal opportunity set with very different risk profiles. We screened 14 Saudi sectors in our latest report. Two came back ATTRACTIVE. Three came back AVOID. The honest answer is sector-specific, not a generic Vision 2030 narrative."
— Gaurav Agarwal, Co-Founder, Gulf Commercial Insights
"The trap most NRI families miss in UAE relocation is not the UAE side. It is India's deemed-residency rule: an Indian citizen whose Indian-source income exceeds INR 15 lakh and who is not liable to tax in any other country can be treated as resident (but not ordinarily resident) in India, which brings Indian-source income, and income from a business controlled from India, into Indian tax. Most families find out at the first filing."
— Gulf Commercial Insights research note, 2026
"Net rental yields in Dubai look very different from gross yields. Marina apartments in the USD 600K to 1.4M range deliver 6 to 8% gross, dropping to 4.5 to 6% net after Owners Association fees. Palm Jumeirah trophy units deliver 4 to 5% gross, dropping to 2.5 to 3.5% net because service charges scale faster than rents. Marina is the cash flow play. Palm is the appreciation bet. Different investments."
